Room for more creators on your team

A steadier source than cold outreach, and nobody is introduced twice.

The short answer

If you already run creators well, the limit on growing is usually not skill but supply: cold outreach is slow, and the creators who answer it are rarely the ones you want. Pout meets more creators than it has capacity to manage, and introduces some of them to other agencies. You tell us the niches, languages and markets you are strongest in and how much capacity you genuinely have; we introduce creators whose plans and limits match. We do not introduce the same creator to several agencies at once, and the creator agrees to each introduction before anything is shared.

Fit beats volume, every time

A creator in a niche you do not understand, in a language nobody on your team speaks, is churn with extra steps. We would rather send you fewer people who fit.

  • The niches you genuinely perform in, not the ones you would take.
  • The languages your team can actually message in.
  • Whether you want creators already earning, or ones you can build.
  • How many you can take on this quarter without dropping the ones you have.

Be honest about capacity

The quickest way to make this not work is to take on more creators than your team can look after. We would rather pace introductions than fill your roster and watch it empty again.

Tell us the real number

How many new creators can your team genuinely onboard this quarter, with the people you have now?

Say when to pause

If you need to stop for a month, say so. Pausing is normal; silence after an introduction is not.

Tell us what went wrong

If an introduction did not work out, we want to know why. It is the only way the next one is better.

One agency at a time

When we introduce a creator to you, we are not introducing them to three other agencies the same week and letting you compete. That is a bad experience for the creator and a waste of your time.

  • An introduction goes to one agency at a time.
  • The creator knows who you are before anything is shared, and agrees to it.
  • If it is not a fit, tell us and we will both move on — no hard feelings either way.
  • We do not take a share of what the creator earns with you.

Tell us what you have capacity for

Niches, languages and the honest number. A real person reads every one.

Questions established agencies ask

Yes, and the more specific you are the better this works. Tell us what you are genuinely strong at. If nobody matches at the moment we will say so rather than send you someone who does not fit.

We will not give you a number, because we would be making it up. It depends entirely on who is applying and whether they match what you have told us. What we can say is that we will not pad it out with people who do not fit.

Not at the same time. An introduction goes to one agency, and the creator has agreed to that specific introduction. If it does not work out, they may later be introduced elsewhere — with their agreement again.

Enough to know a creator will be in good hands: how you work, what your agreement looks like, how commission is worked out and how someone leaves. We will ask to see the agreement itself.

No. Once we introduce a creator to you, they are yours to work with. We are not a party to your agreement and we do not manage them alongside you.

Yes, any time, and we would rather you did than take creators you cannot look after. Tell us when you have capacity again.
