More creators apply to us than we can take on

The ones we cannot take, we would rather introduce than turn away.

The short answer

Pout is a management agency for OnlyFans and Fansly creators, and more creators apply to us than we have capacity to manage. Rather than turn them away, we introduce creators to other agencies and managers who can give them a proper team. If you run an agency, or you are building one, you can tell us what you are looking for and we will introduce creators whose plans and limits match what you actually offer. Every creator we introduce applied to us directly, is over 18 and verified as such, and is told who they are being introduced to before anything is shared. No creator is passed on without agreeing to it.

How an introduction works

It is deliberately slow at the front and quick at the end. We would rather make one introduction that works than a dozen that waste everyone’s week.

  1. 1

You tell us what you run

What your agency does, who looks after what, the niches you work with and the kind of creator you can genuinely help. If you are just starting, say so — that is a different conversation, not a worse one.

  2. 2

    We check you out

We look at how you work before we introduce anyone: who you are, what your agreement with a creator looks like, and how a creator leaves you if they want to. A creator’s first agency shapes how they feel about the whole industry.

  3. 3

We match on fit, not volume

We look for creators whose goals, niche and limits line up with what you offer. If nobody fits right now, we say so rather than send you someone who does not.

  4. 4

    The creator agrees first

We tell the creator who you are and what you do, and they decide. Nobody is introduced to you without saying yes to it.

  5. 5

    You take it from there

You speak to the creator directly and agree your own terms with them. We are not a party to your agreement and we do not take a cut of what they earn with you.

Who this is for

Agencies building a first roster

You have the people and the skills but no creators yet. The hardest part of starting is the cold start, and that is the part we can help with.

Established agencies with capacity

You already run creators well and have room for more, in a particular niche or in general. You want a steadier source than cold outreach.

Individual managers

You manage one or two creators yourself and want another. You do not need to be a company to be worth introducing someone to — you need to be good at it.

What we ask of you

We are introducing people, not selling a list. These are the things we will ask about, and the things that will end a conversation.

  • The creator’s account stays in their name, with their login and their payouts.
  • Your commission, and what it is worked out on, is in writing before they sign.
  • How a creator leaves you is in writing before they sign, with no fee they did not agree to up front.
  • Their limits are written down and respected, and anything outside them comes back to them.
  • You do not promise anyone an income figure, and neither do we.
  • Everyone you work with is over 18 and you check.

What we will not do

Worth saying plainly, because it is what makes this worth anyone’s time.

  • We do not hand over a creator’s details to anyone they have not agreed to be introduced to.
  • We do not introduce the same creator to several agencies at once and let them fight over them.
  • We do not sell lists, bulk data or scraped contacts, and we never have.
  • We do not take a share of what a creator earns with you.
  • We do not pretend to vouch for an outcome. We introduce people; what happens next is down to both of you.

Questions agencies ask

That depends on what you are looking for and how you want to work, and it is agreed with you directly before anything happens. Nothing is ever charged to the creator — they do not pay us and they do not pay you to be introduced.

Yes, always. We tell the creator who you are and what you do, and they decide whether they want the introduction. Nobody is passed on without agreeing to it, and they can say no without it affecting anything else.

Every creator applied to Pout directly and went through our normal review: we confirm they are over 18, look at their page and their plans, and talk to them about what they want. We will tell you honestly what stage someone is at. We do not grade people or promise you how they will perform.

That is fine, and it is worth saying up front rather than dressing it up. We will ask more about how you plan to work, what you can actually do for a creator day to day, and what your agreement looks like. A new agency with a clear plan and fair terms is a better home for a creator than an established one with neither.

Yes. Tell us the niche, the language and the market you work best in. We would rather introduce one creator who fits what you do than several who do not. If nobody matches at the moment, we will say so.

No. If we introduce a creator to you, they are yours to work with and we step out of it. We are not a party to your agreement with them and we do not manage them alongside you.

We cannot promise a timescale, and we will not invent one. It depends on who is applying and whether anyone fits what you have told us. A real person reads your enquiry and replies either way.
